7. Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Heal Your World from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

The Member agrees to indemnify and hold Heal Your World harmless against any and all claims of loss or damage without limitation.

 

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

 

9. Variation of Terms

Heal Your World is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

 

10. Assignment

Heal Your World shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

 

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Heal Your World and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

 

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ontario for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Health Attestation

 

13.1 The Member attests that they are fully able to participate in the provided practices without undue risk.

13.2   The Member is here, on this and any subsequent website visit, solely on my own behalf and not as an agent for any federal, provincial, municipal or professional agency on a mission of entrapment or investigation.

 

13.3   The Member fully understand that Heal Your World is not a medical site, and the Member am not here for medical diagnostic or treatment procedures. If the Member has any health problem, health condition, or disease, I am now being advised not to postpone or delay getting competent medical advice from a licensed doctor of medicine. The services provided by Heal Your World are intended as consultation for building wellness and do not involve the diagnosing, prognosing, or prescribing of remedies for the treatment of any disease, or any act for which a medical license is required.

 

13.4  The Member understand that Heal Your World utilizes Kundalni Yoga, Energy medicine, breathwork Techniques and Guided Experiences and other healing techniques to help determine where a person’s lifestyle and habits many be out of harmony with the laws of good health. These are non-invasive, safe and objective. All modalities that Heal your World uses are to help the body’s own innate intelligence to reestablish communication within itself. The Member further understand that these methods of evaluation only reveal a tendency towards strength or weakness of specific body systems and organs and cannot determine specific disease conditions or eliminate the need for diagnostic services offered by licensed physicians.

13.5  The Member understand that Heal Your World neither claims nor implies that any instruction, advice, counsel, suggestions, recommendations or services provided will cure, treat, prevent or mitigate any disease condition; but are provided solely for the purpose of nourishing and strengthening the natural function of the various body organs and systems so that they may have greater capacity to heal themselves.

13.6. The Member verifies that Heal Your World has not suggested that the Member cease any medical care the Member may be currently undertaking. The Member understands that the decisions the Member makes regarding my health care and the health care of those under my guardianship are my responsibility and certify that the member will not hold Heal Your World responsible for the consequences of my decisions. If the Member has not already done so, The Member agrees to consult with a medical doctor for any serious or life-threatening disease condition, either for myself or for those under my guardianship.

13.7 The Member agrees to participate in the health services with the understanding that the counseling and the treatment/care provided, are for my own lifestyle guidance, education and/or relaxation.

13.8   The Member acknowledges that the services of Heal your World are intended for the understanding and maintenance of the best possible state of health.

13.9   The Member acknowledges that the practitioners on Heal Your World are not a licensed medical doctor or medical practitioner and the Member therefore takes full responsibility and release the practitioner from liability with respect to any advice or treatment/care, which the Member may follow.
